SFH Fuel is the newest addition to the SFH Whey Family. They took two great products (SFH Daily Balance & In-Race) and created one formula to use anytime of day. SFH FUEL is made for everyone and is the ultimate protein to fuel your daily needs. SFH FUEL combines non-denatured whey protein derived from the milk of grass-fed, free range cows, coconut fat (MCTs) and apple pectin (a mixture of medium glycemic carbohydrates in a matrix of natural fiber).

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, mix one packet with 6 to 8oz of water or your favorite beverage. To avoid clumps do not add ice. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Once opened use within 90 days. 30 servings. Our Ingredients Explained: Apple Pectin: is a complex carbohydrate rich in water soluble fibers. The fibers help to slow the absorption of high glycemic carbohydrates and sugars. MCTs (medium chain triglycerides): are high energy fats. They are never stored and are burned as a fuel to produce 4-5x more energy than a sugar molecule and do not spike the release of insulin. These fats are broken down to ketone bodies which are the preferred fuel for our brains and hearts.
